From theory to the factory floor; practical training in engineering design software
In today’s competitive industrial world, mastery of digital tools is no longer an advantage, but a vital necessity. The speed of turning an idea into a final product makes the difference between leading companies and traditional companies. At Zarovin Engineering Technical Group, we believe that engineering software is the common language between the designer’s mind and production machines, and mastery of this language is the key to success in any industrial project.

Many of the training courses available, unfortunately, are limited to introducing software tools and menus. The result of this approach is people who know the software, but cannot design a real part to be manufactured on a CNC lathe or mill. The main problem is the deep gap between academic training and the real, harsh needs of industrial environments.

The Zarovin team has stepped in to fill this huge gap. We base our training on powerful, industry-standard software, such as SolidWorks and CATIA. Our approach to training is 100% project-based, meaning that trainees are exposed to real parts, standard drawings, and common challenges in industrial parks from the very first session.

One of the most important parts of our training is understanding the concept of Design for Manufacturing. We teach your staff how to design a part that not only looks good on the monitor, but can also be machined or cast in reality at the lowest cost, without the need for special tools, and with the highest quality.
Our training is flexible and can be held directly at your company or factory. We customize the training syllabi exactly based on the type of products and products your company produces. If you are a plastic parts manufacturer, our focus will be on mold design and complex surfaces, and if you are in the field of machining, the focus will be on sheet metal work, welding, and mechanism design.

We also teach reverse engineering techniques within these software. Trainees learn how to extract an accurate computer model from a physical part or 3D scan files (point clouds) and prepare it for remanufacturing or optimization. This is a skill that greatly reduces the cost of supplying parts to factories.
Zarovin’s ultimate goal is to train experts who can transform the efficiency and speed of your technical office immediately after completing the course. Make a secure investment in the future of your business by upgrading the skills of your team.
